Perfect North Shore Studio w/ Parking and Gym!

Bespoke failed to provide adequate customer service which negatively impacted our stay. Positive: Good location and unit size. But terrible customer service provided by Bespoke resulted in a negative overall experience. Would have rated host, facilities, comfort and value higher but AC didn't work for the entire stay and Bespoke provided wrong instructions for location of garage, parking spot and key fob. Bespoke failed to resolve these issues. Negative: 1. No AC during the entire stay: Bespoke failed to schedule an AC technician in a timely manner and failed to coordinate entry for the technician to the unit resulting in no AC and negatively impacting our sleep each night. Bespoke also demonstrated a lack of urgency in resolving the issue by not following through to reschedule/coordinate a technician after the first failed attempt on 13 June. The unit was advertised as having AC, but none was provided. 2. Inaccurate instructions for parking and garage entry: The parking instructions provided by Bespoke were wrong, and the phone rep was not able to help us given he was completely unfamiliar with the parking lot/garage configuration. The instructions need to be rewritten and checked for accuracy. Including a picture of the back of the building, to include the garage and lock box, would prevent this happening to future guests.

I would stay again Positive: Walking distance to everything we want and more Negative: It was what I expected. I was satisfied.

Everything was great- perfect spot for the perfect weekend getaway visiting friends & Pens game!

Live out of state, booked this for a yearly Steeler Game tradition with friends. Location was easy to find, great walking distance to stadium & nearby restaurants. Felt very secure being 2 girls in new area. Management & tenants both very friendly & willing to assist. Will definately be booking here for our next yr. trip.

We have stayed at a lot of Vrbo. This was by far the best place we have stayed at. The bed was comfy the location was wonderful. Lots of quaint restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful park just blocks away. And the check out was just “take out the garbage”, none of the “strip the bed, wash the sheets, make the bed, put towels here and you get the picture. We loved it and will stay there everytime we come to Pittsburgh.
