Positive: Gute und ruhige Lage. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß und mit dem Bus (Tagesticket zu empfehlen!) gut erreichbar. Schön geschnittene Wohnung - über Treppen erreichbar. Kostenloses Parken an der Straße. Negative: Sehr nervig war die ständigen Anfragen kurz vor der Ankunft, obwohl wir über booking gebucht hatten. Dabei wurde der erste übermittelte Zugangscode wieder geändert, sodass wir vor verschlossener Türe waren. Erst nach einem Anruf bei der Vermietungsgesellschaft konnten wir in die Wohnung. Auch wurde uns eine Versicherung für eventuelle Schäden an der Wohnung für 60 Dollar aufgedrängt "um Ärger zu vermeiden". Die Waschmaschine war in der unaufgeräumten und schmutzigen Garage unterhalb der Wohnung untergebracht. Die Boden in der Wohnung - insbesondere im Küchenbereich - war klebrig und wenn die Spülmaschine das Wasser abpumpte, kamen üben Gerüche aus der Spüle. das Inventar in der Küche war lückenhaft. In den Schränken in den beiden Schlafzimmern war noch einiges Gerümpel untergebracht. Die Klimaanlage bläst heftig. Der Wärmetauscher vor der Haus war bereits mit Gestrüpp überwachsen.

Negative: This is the perfect property for you if you’re looking for the following amenities! * An online registration app that asks invasive questions and demands the names and photo IDs of all guests but then malfunctions when you try to comply. * Constant app-generated courtesy messaging from the owners. * 2 washcloths, 4 towels, and 1 hand towel for a party of four, two nights. * 2 Keurig pods, a Keurig machine, some stale coffee in a can, filters, and no coffee machine for a two-night stay, party of four. * No off-street parking. * A long list of rules accompanied by an offer to take you to church on Sunday. * Online-purchased uncomfortable furniture. * Messaging from the owners coaching you on how to review them, inappropriately biased in the positive direction (5 stars = "nobody’s perfect, but I had a good stay”; 4 stars = "There were problems and no one was communicating with me,” a wifi password suggesting you leave a 5-star review, and so on). * A loose, poorly attached toilet seat. * An awesome location. * Clean rooms and bathroom. Unfortunately we were only looking for two of these amenities :(

Great little place to stay in Pittsburgh! Positive: The property was beautiful and clean. It was located 6 minutes from the convention center. Parking was right outside. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Negative: Nothing.
